Don’t Ask Questions If You Don’t Allow Answers!

I think I have spoken on this before but I feel like I should address it again. What’s the point in asking for advice if there is no way to respond? Pleeeeease, make sure you allow people to ask/submit things when tagging the fitness community.  It’s quite frustrating to have an answer and not be able to share it. If you need help changing your settings please send me a message and I’d be glad to help :)

Happy Monday!

Sorry for the absence the last few days but last week was ridiculous. I hope everyone had a superb weekend and that your Monday is full of awesomeness!  

Finally!

After what seemed like an eternity (2 weeks) fighting the plague I’m back at it! Normally I would have done more but I didn’t want to overdo it after being so sick. It’s great to feel the burn again!

Let the supplementation begin!

I bought some casein protein Friday to try. Casein is a slow digesting protein so it’s great to take before bed to help fuel your body and promote muscle growth. I took some last night (it was little rough but I survived). I woke up this morning feeling awesome and ready to go (which is rare). My mind still was a little groggy but I felt like I was ready to drop down and do some pushups. I also got some more Syntha-6 (whey protein) which tastes super amazing! It is by far the best tasting protein I have ever had. It mixes well, isn’t too sweet or artificial and taste just like chocolate milk! It also has like 48 grams of protein which is also super awesome! We’ll see how it goes!
